How long have you been doing yoga?
Off and on for over seven years.

And how long have you been doing it nude?
I've been doing it now for nearly three years in California, and at retreats, seminars, and naturist gatherings.

How did you get started and where did you get the idea?
I've been a dedicated naturist for most of my life, and I believe in the sense of freedom and the spirit of the body. When I studied yoga with other people I studied with my clothes on, but as I became more of a body worker and also attended naturist gatherings I decided to combine my interests.

What kind of yoga did you study?
Hatha and ashtanga. I do a hybrid. I also feature aerobic conditioning and strength training. I integrate strength training into yoga positions.

What do you call your blend of yoga?
I call it "nude yogashare" and I advertise it to gay and bisexual men.

Why do you call it "yogashare"?
Because I believe that I learn as much from the people as I teach them. I believe it's a reciprocal process of sharing and learning. [Due to this answer, from here on we'll provide San Francisco Speech TranslationÉ]

Do you think yoga is inherently sensual?
If by "sensual" you mean engaging all the senses and the mind and body and the spirit, yes. [San Francisco Speech Translation: Yes.]

You do both group classes and individual sessions?
The group classes are drop-in sessions of usually seven to 10 people. Classes are more sensual whereas the private sessions involve the erotic component.

Do tell.
The individual sessions have an erotic, tantric component. If you're in a setting with another person and you engage in body contact both in erotic zones as well as major touch points in the body, you can generate erotic energy.

Um, so does everybody come at the end?
No, it's not part of most sessions. It's not about ejaculation. It's about engaging in sensual and therapeutic healing. It's not the intended goal of the session. [San Francisco Speech Translation: Sometimes people come.]

What's your favorite yoga position?
It's called the "downward-facing dog."

Woof. What do you think is the added benefit of being naked while doing yoga?
Reducing a sense of awkwardness or shame about body image, among other reasons.

Other reasons?
One fringe benefit is that some dating does occur in my classes.

It seems that doing yoga while nude you'd have a better chance of getting a twisted nut sac injury.
As far as I can tell, no, that's not true.

Do people worry about that?
Some guys ask, "What happens if I get an erection?" I tell them, "You're going to be so busy doing the poses, and you're going to be so engaged in it that your whole body will change its poses, even your cock will change its poses." Someone told me that beginners in yoga always fart in class.
The guy who runs [nude] classes in New York mandates that anyone who comes to class refrains from eating from four to six hours before class to avoid that embarrassing situation, but if it happens in my class, it happens, and I'm not ashamed of it. This is San Francisco, you know?

I know! So does yoga make you more flexible?
Yes of course!

Then can you suck your own dick?
